BOARD OF DIRECTORS

TROY COLLEY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Troy’s career has included forestry, managing small units of local government, public relations with Weyerhaeuser at a learning center inside the blast zone of Mount St Helens, directing a nonprofit focused on helping people in need in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, wearing multiple hats with a PNW Tribe, and an executive consultant.

Troy and his wife Cathy live outside of McCleary, Washington, where they raised their family. In his spare time Troy enjoys playing guitar, writing, gardening, and working in his woodshop.

“I am thankful and grateful for the opportunity to be of service to the Seabrook Community Foundation and the people they serve,” Troy says.

SUSAN FRITZ BOARD PRESIDENT

Susan Fritz joined the Seabrook Community foundation in 2022. She and her husband purchased their home in Seabrook in 2006 and have fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest.

Susan retired from the Senior Foreign Service in 2020 after a 31-year career with the U.S. Agency for International Development. She is excited to use the skills and knowledge gained overseas to help make a difference in the North Beach area.

FELICIA MULLINS BOARD SECRETARY

Felicia works in education, program management, and community development. She's collaborated with organizations like Dispute Resolution of Grays Harbor, Grays Harbor College, The Grays Harbor College, and the WorkSource (WIOA) Youth Program. Felicia holds a BA from The Evergreen State College and an MBA from the City University of Seattle, and currently resides in Ocean Shores.

Committed to youth empowerment and youth culture, she's enthusiastic about the Seabrook Foundation's North Beach Triangle initiatives, helping to enhance the well-being of our coastal youth.

RYAN PORTER BOARD MEMBER

Ryan Porter joined the Seabrook Community Foundation in 2023. He, along with his family, embraced Seabrook as their full-time residence after being captivated by its charm since their first visit in 2016. A graduate of the University of Washington, Ryan currently heads a technology and marketing services company, with a primary focus on the automotive industry.

His professional expertise is complemented by his personal passions, including a deep love for technology and cars. In his leisure time, Ryan is often found exploring both the paved and non-paved roads of the Washington Peninsula by car and motorcycle. He is enthusiastic about his role as a board member of the Foundation, looking forward to further contributing to the North Beach community

KELLY PAGE BOARD TREASURER

Kelly was born and raised in Indiana and eventually landed in Seattle with her husband, Kurt. They now have two children, Riley and Rory. Kelly currently works in the Finance Department for Starbucks.

Kelly is excited to be part of the Seabrook Community Foundation and to have an opportunity to give back and make an impact in our community. The Foundation is excited to have Kelly bring her financial experience and skills to the Foundation as we continue to contribute to the health and well-being of the North Beach area.

ALIZA BROWN BOARD MEMBER

Aliza Brown joined the Seabrook Community Foundation in 2022. Aliza is Quinault-enrolled and affiliated with the Quileute, Chehalis, Hoh, Nisqually and Assiniboine Nakota. She is the Health & Wellness Director for the Quinault Nation after having served in a variety of positions including Social Services Manager and Head Start Associate Director. Aliza has a Master's degree focused in Social Work from the University of Washington.

She is looking forward to working with the Seabrook Community Foundation to bring forward a unique voice and perspective to local advancements that enhance and bring value to our beach community and resources.

JINNY MARCHAND BOARD MEMBER

Hi! My name is Jinny Marchand. I’ve lived in Grays Harbor almost all of my life and have worked in Taholah for the last 20 years. Nature, teaching, kids, sports and music are my passions. I am very excited and appreciative to be on the Seabrook Foundation Board.  I look forward to learning from everyone and helping to make a difference with this amazing team!

LYNN CSERNOTTA BOARD MEMBER

Lynn grew up in Pennsylvania, later attending York College of Pennsylvania, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, and she is a credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator. Lynn has a strong background in project management, research, and healthcare administration.

She is excited by the opportunities available to her as a Board Member. Lynn is looking forward to helping local students attain their educational goals through the Foundation’s scholarship program as well as fundraising and promoting the Foundation’s mission to build a youth center.
